On 9 July 2026, the SIETAR Germany Regional Group Munich had the pleasure of hosting an engaging virtual event on “Intercultural Readiness – Four competences that help you focus.”

A very special thank you goes to our guest speaker, Dr Ursula Brinkmann, Director Research and Development at Intercultural Business Improvement b.v., who gave us valuable, insightful and highly engaging perspectives on the Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC).

The session focused on four key competences that help people act effectively in culturally diverse contexts: understanding different perspectives, communicating flexibly, building sustainable relationships, and managing uncertainty constructively.
