What a privilege!  I, Susanne Doser, had the honor of leading a „Fireside Chat“ session on „Leading Across Borders: The Human Core of Global Strategy“ at the MBA 201 program of CENTRUM PUCP – Escuela para los Buenos Negocios in Lima, Peru. My key message: sustainable profitability emerges where we foster diversity, master cultural codes, and build bridges with genuine cultural flexibility. My heartfelt thanks to Sylvia Santisteban and to the inquisitive executive students for the inspiring exchange – the future of leadership is in excellent hands.
